1. Your initial deposit reserves your event date and is non-refundable or date transferable. This is to be paid within 7 days upon receiving the invoice to secure your booking.\
2. We must receive the final balance by the due date indicated (14 days prior to pick up/delivery) or the contract is null and void, and the deposit will not be refunded.
Purchases made through the website are only made in full through automated paypal or credit card systems.
mid you require a payment plan, please advise us and we can send through a different invoice for you to pay off.
3. We accept refunds under the following conditions:
This includes events needing to be cancelled or postponed due to COVID
* If your event is cancelled within 14 days, we may give a partial refund less the deposit amount and GST, depending on what materials and goods we have purchased for your particular cake/catering item.
* No refunds will be given if your event is cancelled within 14 days of your event. At this time we have already commenced buying and organising supplies. We can still handover your cake / product for you to freeze / use. (Please ask us how to assist you in safe cake storage)
* If you have to cancel your event and wish to change the date / postpone, we accept this and will give you a 6 month post pone date. We must be notified 7 days from your event for any cancellations / changes to be made.
* If you have booked your wedding cake or a larger event with us using our catering options, then we can postpone your event 12 months in advance.
We understand this is a difficult time for everyone, and we will only do our best to accomodate everyone in their situation. Unfortunately we have to also protect our business and keep our bills paid too.
